Mr. Rajesh Nagardas Gandhi has over four decades of experience in Radiation Physics, Industrial Inspection Services, Professional Services and Information Technology. He holds a Diploma in Radiological Physics from BARC, Mumbai University, with specialization in Radiation Physics. He has extensive expertise in NDT/NDE techniques, industrial inspection, quality control, heat treatment and technical consultancy services, with experience across fabrication, heavy engineering, refinery, petrochemical, defence, nuclear and other industrial sectors. He is the Founder/Director of Industrial Inspection Services Private Limited and possesses significant entrepreneurial and managerial experience.

Mr. Samarth Ishwar Bhimani

Mr. Samarth Ishwar Bhimani is a Civil Engineer and Licensed Surveyor with over three years of professional experience in the real estate development sector. He pursued his Civil Engineering education from Viva Institute of Technology and has been associated with DevGanga Associates since March 2026. Prior to and alongside his association with DevGanga Associates, he has gained practical exposure to various aspects of the real estate development industry. His technical foundation in Civil Engineering, combined with his hands-on industry experience and understanding of real estate development, enables him to bring valuable technical insights and an independent perspective to the Board.
