Our Manufacturing

Our manufacturing facility at Umbergaon, Gujarat, is where over two decades of technical expertise have taken physical shape. Spread across 8 acres, the plant has grown from a single production line into a five-line facility with an installed capacity of 10 Million M2 annually. The most significant recent advancement is the commissioning of our in-house 3 Coat 2 Bake continuous coil coating line with accumulator- a backward integration milestone that has transformed the way we control quality at the source. Our exclusive partnerships with Euramax and RHEINZINK bring Europe's best in colour coating and zinc technology to India Our workforce has grown to over 625 people, supported by world-class equipment and a manufacturing discipline built on ISO 9001:2015 quality management. Structured shopfloor systems based on 5S and continuous improvement principles deliver operational excellence.

We cater to every demand of the market, be it traditional ACPs or innovative and trendy FR ACPs, AHPLs, or ZCPs, EUROCORE & EUROCOMB. With four production lines we are equipped to cater to all your façade material needs. Further extending our commitment to delivering the best in the industry, we have exclusively collaborated with Europe’s leading Aluminium Coil Coating company – Euramax. Our 300+ designs are dispersed throughout 16 product groupings, there are a bewildering number of possibilities for the consumer.

Testing Lab

Our in-house testing laboratory puts every finished panel & raw material across the production stages through an exhaustive battery of tests using precision equipment sourced from Germany and Japan. In 2025, Eurobond made history- becoming the first and only ACP brand in India to earn an NABL accreditation for in-house colour & coil testing, certified across 16 parameters under ISO/IEC 17025:2017, the global benchmark for testing laboratory excellence. In addition, Eurobond holds third-party certifications across product categories. Our products carry warranties of up to 20 years — a commitment made possible because our drive for excellence leaves no margin for doubt.
